Sam Reed is originally from Alston, is a former art teacher and a published poet. Sam has returned from Crete where he lived, spending his time writing and sketching. His work is exhibited in the Angel Inn, Front Street, Alston, and features pen drawings and framed poems; responses to his local environment.
