NETWORKING & PROMOTIONAL EVENTS
  • organising seminars, conferences and training events

  • establishing web-based networks within and across sectors

  • working with steering groups to organise launch events and ancillary activities

  • facilitating networking sessions
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
  • helping local authorities develop plans and strategies for their arts and cultural services

  • undertaking appraisals and reviews, and producing annual reports and audits

  • researching and mapping levels of cultural and arts activity

  • facilitating visioning and scoping sessions

  • developing ICT strategies for creative industries development agencies
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • initiating and running arts activities, events and projects, including community arts, public art and arts education work

  • establishing and co-ordinating arts development programmes for local authorities

  • establishing planning and performance management systems
TRAINING & INCENTIVE EVENTS
  • developing 'Catalyst' Creativity Toolkit for Businesses CD-ROM, with Beaumont Street Studios at Kirklees Media Centre, Huddersfield

  • delivering creativity in business planning workshops to small businesses in Kirklees

  • delivering business development course to new and emerging cultural industries in Batley

  • facilitating team-building events
